OMAHA, Neb. -- Single-match tickets for all 2017 Creighton volleyball regular-season home matches will go on sale on Monday, August 21 at 10 a.m.
Fans can purchase tickets to any home match by stopping by the Wayne and Eileen Ryan Athletic Center Ticket Office on Creighton's campus (9:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday), via Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000, or by charging online at Ticketmaster.com. Tickets are also available beginning one hour prior to all evening and weekend home matches.
Head coach Kirsten Bernthal Booth's Bluejays will open the season this Friday at the Husky Invitational in Seattle, Wash. The team then returns home to host the strongest field in Bluejay Invitational history when it hosts No. 14 Kentucky, USC and Northern Iowa on Sept. 1-2. Overall, Creighton will play 11 regular-season matches at D.J. Sokol Arena this fall.
Creighton is ranked ninth nationally in the preseason AVCA poll and seeking a fourth straight sweep of BIG EAST Conference regular-season and tournament titles. The Bluejays tied a school-record last fall with 29 victories and advanced to the Elite Eight for the first time.
Creighton has sold more than 1,300 season tickets for the upcoming campaign, an increase of more than 30 percent over last season.
