Creighton vs. Seton Hall Series
Bluejays lead, 12-4
Creighton has held the upper hand on the Pirates since the Bluejays joined the BIG EAST in 2014. The Bluejays hold a 12-4 edge, including a 4-0 record against Seton Hall in the BIG EAST Tournament.
Although the Bluejays hold the all-time edge, the battles with Seton Hall have been extremely hard fought. Nine of the 16 meetings have resulted in one-run outcomes, including the last five.
Each of the three games between the two squads this year were down the wire. Creighton got ninth inning home runs to take the first two meetings, but Thursday's starter Zach Predergast shut out the Bluejays 1-0 in the final game of the series.
