Volleyball To Host Iowa State on April 2nd in Spring Scrimmage

OMAHA, Neb. -- The Creighton Volleyball team will host Iowa State on Saturday, April 2nd, in a scrimmage that is open to the public. The contest will start at 4:30 pm at D.J. Sokol Arena and is free to attend.
Creighton is two-time defending BIG EAST regular-season and tournament champion and reached the Sweet 16 for the first time last December before finishing up 27-9. The Bluejay line-up is expected to feature returners from last year's club, plus Purdue transfer Lydia Dimke.
Iowa State went 19-11 last year while making its 10th straight NCAA Tournament appearance. The Cyclones are coached by Omaha native Christy Johnson-Lynch.
