Snow Doesn't Damper Hitting & Pitching Exhibition with Harold Reynolds

Omaha, Neb. - Despite a severe winter storm that brought several inches of snow to the Omaha metro area, Monday's Hitting and Pitching Exhibition with Harold Reynolds, Alex Gordon and former Bluejay Darin Ruf was a successful event. The 90-minute clinic was hosted by Creighton Athletics at D.J. Sokol Areana.
Joining the Ruf, Reynolds and Gordon were major leaguers Cody Asche, Brian Duensing and Jake Diekman as well as former Omaha Royal Dwayne Hosey.
Duensing and Diekman kicked off the night with a pitching display, then fielded questions.
The quartet of hitters followed the same format, a brief display then a question and answer session.
Approximately 400 fans braved the weather to attend the free event.
