Baseball Game Against New Orleans Canceled on Thursday

OMAHA, Neb. - Thursday's baseball game between Creighton and New Orleans has been canceled due to rain in the Omaha area. The game will not be made be up.

The rest of the weekend's schedule will remain the same, as the two teams will play a doubleheader on Friday at 1 p.m. at the CU Sports Complex, and a single game at noon at Rosenblatt Stadium on Saturday.

Creighton will honor its eight seniors prior to Saturday's game at Rosenblatt Stadium. Eric Bruns, Robbie Knight, Matt Patterson, Bobby Lackovic, Carson Vitale, Ian Dike, T.J. Roemmich and Mike Nihsen will all play their final home game as Bluejays.
