Maddie saw the field in 13 matches for the Jays in 2012, including seven starts ... A valued defender, Trebesch found her offensive stride down the stretch of the season with seven shots in the final five matches ... Twice she fired off a career-high of two shots, at Northern Iowa (Oct. 25) and at Drake (Oct. 28) ... In her second game as a Jay, Trebesch played the entire 110 minutes of a 1-1 tie with Utah State (Aug. 24).
Trebesch graduated from Woodbury HS in 2012 ... She collected three letters for the Lions, leading the team to a 51-2-7 combined record ... A two-time all-conference first team selection, Trebesch was also her team captain as a senior ... She led Woodbury to a second-place finish in state in 2010 and fifth-place slot in 2012.
Maddie played club soccer for the Minnesota Thunder Academy with fellow Bluejays Jill Richgels and Maddie Nelson ... As part of the MTA, she helped lead her team to Minnesota State Cup Championships in 2007, 2008 and 2009.
The daughter of Ronald and Eileen Trebesch, Maddie was born on June 28, 1994, in Cincinnati, Ohio ... She has two siblings, Shannon (32) and Noah (21) ... Maddie plans to be a pre-med major and hopes to become a pediatrician.
