-- The Creighton men's basketball team retained a spot in the USA Today Top 25 Coaches poll released on Monday, dropping five spots to No. 24. The Bluejays also dropped six spots from No. 20 to the top spot among those "receiving votes" outside the Top 25 in the Associated Press poll.
Creighton's opponent tonight, Villanova, moved up to fourth in the coaches poll and was fifth in the AP edition. Creighton is also 15th in this week's RPI, a two-spot improvement from last week. Villanova is second in the RPI.
