Nathan Wieseler
Video Coordinator
    Nathan Wieseler is in his second year after coming with Greg McDermott to Creighton. The North Platte, Neb., native serves as Creighton’s video coordinator, and helps cut up clips from practice, games and future opponents. He also assists in scouting, on-campus recruiting, scheduling, camps and many other duties.

    Wieseler spent the 2009-10 season as a graduate assistant at Iowa State after serving as a student manager in 2008-09. As the graduate assistant at ISU, Wieseler was in charge of the student managers, film exchange, recruit data entry and weekly individual schedules for the student-athletes.  He also assisted with breaking down film and on-campus recruiting.

    Wieseler earned his bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State in 2009. He also graduated with a Master of Education this past May.

    As a three-sport athlete at St. Patrick’s High School in North Platte, Wieseler was a second-team all-state basketball player and a first-team  all-state linebacker. In addition to winning the state title in football and  reaching the state semifinals in basketball as a senior, he also qualified  for the state tournament in golf as a junior.
