The 2014 Kicks for a Cure event held on April 12 benefitted Liz’s Legacy, a fund started by the Karnes family in memory of the late Dr. Liz Karnes. Funds will be directed toward research projects at both the Creighton Hereditary Cancer Center and the Fred & Pamela Buffett Cancer Center.
