CREIGHTON CAREER: 2011 (Senior) –
Recorded one of the most decorated seasons in Creighton soccer history ... NSCAA First-Team All-America goalkeeper after setting an NCAA record with his 0.207 goals against average ... The MVC Goalkeeper of the Year also led the NCAA with a 92.3 save percentage and 17 shutouts ... Won the Lowe’s Senior CLASS Award and honored as the CoSIDA Academic All-America of the Year as the top Division I Men’s Soccer Academic All-American ... One of 15 semifinalists for the MAC Hermann Trophy ... Started all 19 of Creighton’s clean sheets in 2011, just one shy of the NCAA record ... His 92.3 save percentage ranks sixth in single-season NCAA history ... Holt’s 44 career shutouts are an NCAA record*, while his career GAA of 0.62 ranks 19th in NCAA history ... His consecutive shutout streak of 816:44 scoreless minutes between Oct. 15 and Nov. 27, is a school record and ranks 10th in NCAA history ... Ended his junior season already owning the school record with 27 career shutouts, just one shy of the MVC mark ... Concluded junior season with a 0.79 career goals against average, second in school and league history ... Ended the season ranked fourth in school history in minutes played (5,126) and wins (36) and fifth with a .727 winning percentage ... Logged 419:35 minutes of scoreless soccer to start the season, including a penalty kick save against DePaul (Sept. 11) ... Did not allow a goal through his first 380:41 minutes at home on the season ... Stopped three shots in 1-0 win at No. 21 UC Santa Barbara (Sept. 7) ... Named MVC Defensive Player of the Week and National Team of the Week on Sept. 13 after clean sheets against UCSB and DePaul ... Had a season-high six saves in 3-1 win over No. 5 Tulsa on Oct. 5 ... His seventh and final shutout of the season against Missouri State (Nov. 3) was the 27th of his career, establishing a school record ... Played every minute of 16 matches for the PDL’s Reading (Pa.) United AC, earning All-Eastern Conference honors in the summer of 2011.

2009 (Sophomore) –
Named All-MVC Second-Team after leading the conference with eight shutouts and a 0.77 goals against average ... Ranked 29th in the NCAA in GAA ... Stopped four shots in double overtime shutout against Loyola Chicago (Sept. 1) in the season opener ... Earned 1-0 shutout wins over 23rd-ranked Cal Poly (Sept. 5) and seventh-ranked UCLA (Oct. 31) ... Made a season-high six saves at Evansville (Oct. 17), including a penalty kick stop in 1-1 draw.

2008 (Freshman) – MVC Freshman of the Year, MVC All-Freshman Team, honorable mention all-MVC and MVC All-Tournament Team ... Named Second-Team Freshman All-America by both Soccer America and College Soccer News ...  Two-time MVC Defensive Player of the Week (Sept. 8 & 29)  ... Established school record with 12 shutouts ... Logged school record shutout streak of 722:12 consecutive scoreless minutes in net between Sept. 13 and Oct. 11 ... Tied school record with 0.51 goals against average, which ranked seventh in the NCAA ... Ranked 28th in the nation with a .831 save percentage ... Posted three saves in collegiate debut, a 4-1 win over Gonzaga (Aug. 29) ... Allowed two goals and owned a 0.19 GAA in first 10 career matches ... Stopped a career-high eight shots in 2-0 win at No. 6 California (Sept. 21) ... Also shut out 11th-ranked Saint Louis (Oct. 4) and 24th-ranked Drake (Nov. 1) ... Honored on College Soccer News National Team of the Week (Oct. 6) after shutout at SLU ... Had two clean sheets in MVC Tournament play – blanking Bradley (Nov. 14) and Missouri State (Nov. 16).

2007 (Redshirt) – Redshirted first season on campus.

PREP CAREER:  Tabbed second-team all-state by the Lincoln Journal Star and honorable-mention all-state by the Omaha World-Herald as a senior ... Participated with the Nebraska ODP ... Played club soccer for the NFC Bluejays for six seasons ... Team captured state championships each season while winning regionals in 2007 and placing third at Nationals.

PERSONAL:  The son of Dan and Claudia Holt, Brian was born Nov. 14, 1988, in Omaha, Neb. ... One of four children, Matt, Laura and Emily ... Uncle, Andy Holt, played baseball at Creighton and aunt, Jean Tierney, played softball and basketball and is in the Creighton Athletic Hall of Fame ... Double major in finance and entrepreneurship.
