CREIGHTON CAREER:  2013 (Freshman) – Saw time in 34 games primarily as a pinch runner during first year in Omaha … Scored nine runs despite just three official at-bats … Swiped first stolen base at UT Arlington (March 1).

HIGH SCHOOL: Played four seasons for David Kopczynski at Ellensburg High School … Finished a runner-up in Regional Player of the Year race as a junior … Earned all-conference honors in each of final three seasons … Team offensive MVP as a junior and sophomore and team captain as a senior … Holds EHS career record for hits and single-season marks for batting average, RBI, on-base percentage and fielding percentage as a junior … Team advanced to state championship tournament in all four seasons with runner-up finishes in 2011 and 2010 … EHS claimed district titles in her first two seasons … In offseason played for NW Sidewinders 18 Gold and Washington Acers 18 Gold … Also played soccer and basketball for three seasons and volleyball as a freshman … Soccer team captain as a senior and defensive MVP as a junior … Finished in top 10 percent of  Washington state class of 2012 … National Honor Society member … Member of Knowledge Bowl team, Peace Club and ASB … Volunteered in cleanup efforts at annual town rodeo and in local parks.

PERSONAL:  The daughter of Lainie and Michael Sharon ... One sister, Rebecca ... Undecided on a major … Father Michael played rugby at the University of Arizona … Sister Rebecca plays rugby at the University of Notre Dame … Uncle Richard Sharon played Major League Baseball for the Detroit Tigers and San Diego Padres.
