2015 Outdoor Track: Ran three 5,000s as well as one 1500 in four meets in the outdoor season.  Made a long journey to Washington University St. Louis to open the season.  Two weeks later set the school record in the 5,000 meters at the Jim Duncan Invitational at a time of 14:30. 

2015 Indoor Track: Competed in three meets, two at the University of Nebraska and one at Grinnell College.  Ran the opening leg of the DMR at Grinnell College along with the 5000 meters.  Followed that up with an indoor personal best in the 5,000 at 14:54 at the Nebraska Tune Up.

2014 Cross Country: Finished 52nd in the BIG EAST Cross Country Championships in a time of 26:19 helping Creighton to 5th in the BIG EAST.  Went on the NCAA Midwest Regionals and set a personal best in the 8k and 10k.  Running through the 8k in 26:01 and finishing the 10k at 32:38.  

2014 Outdoors: Competed in two races, one at Central college in Iowa ran a 15:55 for a 5k. A week later ran 15:08 at the Jim Duncan Invitational at Drake University. 

2013 Cross Country:  Scored at the BIG EAST Conference Meet.  PR of 26:42 at the Bradley Invitational and suited up for every race.

High School: Member of the 2013 Jesuit Track team who won the Oregon State Championship.  Top 10 3000 time in the 6A division, Third team all state for Cross country in Oregon.  10 Total varsity letters 3 cross country, 3 track, and 4 swimming.  Did three sports all four years of high school.  3 time most improved cross country athlete in high school

Personal: Born December 28, 1994 in Longview Washington. Moved to Portland, Oregon at age 17. Swam competitively for 10 years.  Sister a current Junior in high school. Mother a UCLA graduate and Father played tennis for Central Washington University.
