2011-12 (Sophomore)
Carli closed her sophomore season with All-MVC First Team recognition … She was named MVC Tournament MVP after averaging 19.7 points, 7.7 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 2.3 steals per game … Tritz set Creighton MVC Tournament record by making 20 and attempting 26 free throws during the tournament … She was the highest scoring sophomore in the MVC (14.4 ppg) and the first sophomore to lead the Jays in scoring since MVC Player of the Year Christy Neneman in 2001-02 ... She also led the team in assists (121), steals (64) and free throw percentage (.770) … She closed 2011-12 ranked second in the MVC in assists, fourth in assist-turnover ratio, sixth in scoring, sixth in steals, ninth in minutes per game, 12th in free throw percentage and 13th in field goal percentage … Carli’s best performance of the season came when the Bluejays needed her most as she threw down a career-high 29 points against Missouri State (March 10) in the MVC Tournament semifinals, including 27 in the second half to outscore the Lady Bears 27-24 … Tritz scored 17 straight points for Creighton in the second half against MSU to lead the Jays to a 56-47 win ... Poured in 23 points, making 9-of-18 field goals at Kansas (Nov. 16) ... Scored team-high 17 points on 7-of-14 FG against Nebraska (Dec. 8) ... Named to the UTSA Holiday Classic All-Tournament Team after averaging 16 ppg at the event, including 18 points against Colorado (Dec. 21) ... Scored 17 of her team-high 19 points in the second half against Indiana State, including the game-winning basket with 2.0 seconds on the clock in a 64-62 win (Jan. 20) …  Scored in double figures in 11 straight games (Dec. 8 - Jan. 22), the longest streak of her career (previous best was four) ... Scored 25 points on 10-of-16 field goals against Bradley (Jan. 29), 19 of her 25 points came after halftime ... Scored 17, had nine rebounds and added six assists and two blocked shots against Missouri State (Feb. 4) ... Tied career-highs with eight assists and six steals and set career-high with three blocked shots at Bradley (Feb. 26) ... Grabbed her first career double-double with 11 points and tied her career-high with 10 rebounds against Northern Iowa (March 9) in the MVC quarterfinals .... Closed the season with 14 points in the Jays’ 69-67 loss to No. 14 St. John’s in the NCAA Tournament.

2010-11 (Freshman)
Named the MVC Freshman of the Year, MVC All-Freshman Team and All-MVC Honorable Mention after leading the team in assists (98), steals (67) and field-goal percentage (.478) ... Set an MVC record by earning MVC Newcomer of the Week honors nine times during the season (in 17 weeks) ... Led all MVC newcomers in scoring (11.4 ppg), field-goal percentage (.478) and assist-turnover ratio (1.0), while she led all league freshmen with 67 steals ... Ranked in the MVC top-10 in steals (4th) field-goal percentage (5th),  assists (6th) and assist-turnover ratio (6th) ... Tied for the team-lead with 21 double-figure scoring games, the most by a Bluejay freshman since Laura Spanheimer (21) in 2001-02 ... Fell just two assists shy of becoming the third freshman in school history with 100 assists in a season ... Started the final 22 games of the year after coming off the bench in her first nine games ... Topped the team with 14 points in WNIT game at Northwestern (March 17) ... Made all four of her field goal attempts in her first career start against North Dakota (Dec. 20) ... Hit pair of free throws with 14.3 seconds left to give the Bluejays a 63-61 win over Marquette (Nov. 28) ... Scored 10 first half points against Wyoming (Nov. 20) in her home debut ... Named Miss Iowa Basketball after setting a school and city record with 610 points scored (22.6 per game) as a senior ... Earned Honorable Mention for the 2010 WBCA High School All-America Game, recognizing her as one of the top-40 high school seniors ... Twice named the Omaha World-Herald’s Western Iowa Female Athlete of the Year, following her junior and senior years ... Two-time KMEG-TV Female Athlete of the Year and Sioux City Journal Metro Athlete of the Year in 2010 ... Honored by ESPN RISE as the Midwest Player of the Week in January of her senior season following a 25-point, 13-assist performance against Sioux City North ... Her 1,594 career points rank second in school and city history ... Named first team all-conference, all-city and all-district three times ... Twice named First Team All-State by the Iowa Newspaper Association, Des Moines Register and Iowa Girls Coaches Association ... Three times named Omaha World-Herald Western Iowa First Team, earning team captain recognition her final two years ... Led team to state title game in her final three seasons, winning the championship as a sophomore and senior and earned all-tournament team captain honors as a junior and senior ... Tabbed the Player of the Game in the state title game as a sophomore and senior ... Set a state tournament record with 11 steals in one game ... Led all classes with 165 steals (6.1 per game) and finished second in all classes and led 3A with 179 assists (6.6 per game) as a senior ... Ranked second in 3A with 22.6 points per game as a senior ... As a junior, led team with 18.9 points, 5.3 steals and 4.6 assists per game, ranking second in state in steals and fifth in scoring ... Averaged 14.2 points and led team with 4.3 assists and 3.8 steals per game as a sophomore ... Played in the Iowa High School All-Star game in basketball, volleyball and soccer ... Named first team all-state in volleyball and soccer, earning 3A Volleyball Player of the Year honors as a senior ... In soccer, owns city records with 35 goals in a season and 93 in a career.
