OMAHA, Neb. - Creighton women's soccer head coach Bruce Erickson has announced four additions to his squad for the 2014 season, Mckynzie Dickman, Callie Henshaw, Summer Khalil and Lauren Pipitone.
"This group comes from successful backgrounds and has the understanding and ability to be another quality class to enter Creighton," said Erickson. "We have high expectations for each individual and collectively to help us compete for a BIG EAST championship."

During her first three seasons playing for the Warriors, Callie led her squad to a 59-15-1 record, including a 15-0 combined record in conference play. She is a three-time all-district player and earned the Defender of the Year honor following both her sophomore and junior seasons.
"Callie comes to us from Sporting Blue Valley and Coach Huw Williams. She is a strong defender who can play central or wide if need be. Callie if ready for the college game and we look forward to getting to work with her," said Erickson.
Khalil is a 5'3'' forward from Westside High School in Omaha, Neb. A local product, Khalil led the Warriors to the state quarter finals in both 2012 and 2013. Khalil was the District Final MVP last year and earned All-State Second Team. During her sophomore season she notched 15 goals, while knocking in three goals and two assists in 2013.
"Summer is a player we have admired while watching her through high school at Westside and with her club team. She is a versatile player who can play a number of position for us. Her competitive drive and ability give her an opportunity to play immediately," said Erickson.
A native of Scottsdale Arizona, Pipitone is a 5'4'' midfielder from Xavier College Prep School.
