MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. - Senior Billy Paluch fell in the second round of the ITA Regional Championship in Minneapolis, Minn. on Saturday, Oct. 20.

Paluch gave an inspired effort, taking the opening set from No. 8 seed Matheus Pereira of Wichita State, 6-4.  Unfortunately Pereira was able to recover to claim the match with a 6-4 win in the second set and a 7-5 win in the decisive third set.

The ITA Regional Championship wraps up the fall schedule for the Creighton men's tennis team.  The Jays will return to action when the spring schedule begins in 2013.
