OMAHA, Neb. -- The U.S. Women's National Soccer Team will face Sweden on Tuesday night at the Rev. Michael G. Morrison, S.J., Stadium in a match to be televised live nationally on ESPN (8:00 p.m., kick-off).

Nearly 5,000 tickets have already been sold for the match with more still available for purchase through ussoccer.com and Ticketmaster (by phone at 1-800-745-3000, online at www.ticketmaster.com or at all Omaha-area Baker's and Younkers Ticketmaster outlets). Please note - spectator gates for the match will open at 6:30 p.m., Tuesday night (early arrival is strongly encouraged) and ticket holders should know that US Soccer does not allow lawn chairs or bag chairs in its venues for any match, including Tuesday night's event at Morrison Stadium.

Among the starters recently named to the USA's roster are high-scoring forward Abby Wambach and goalkeeper Hope Solo. The USA is currently the top-ranked women's national team in the world and the reigning Olympic gold medal winner, having topped Brazil at the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. Sweden is widely regarded as one of the top women's national teams in the world and one of several favorites to lift the trophy at the 2011 FIFA Women's World Cup.
