At Creighton -- Senior (2008): Was one of CU’s go-to pitchers out of the bullpen late in games, posting three saves ... Appeared in 25 games, second-most on the team ... Had 16 scoreless outings ... Finished with a 2-1 record and a 4.03 ERA in 38 innings ... Owned a 3:1 strikeout-to-walk ratio with 39 Ks and only 13 walks ... After allowing two runs at Memphis on March 5, he had lowered his ERA from 6.75 to 1.17 before giving up three runs at UNI on April 20 ... Had thrown 14 consecutive innings without allowing an earned run before UNI scored three against him on April 20 ... Earned save in game two of doubleheader at Southern Illinois (May 3) with scoreless 10th inning ... Threw career-long 3.2 shutout innings to earn first win at CU over Indiana State (May 11) ... Followed that with 3.1 scoreless innings to earn win in opener of series vs. Louisiana-Monroe (May 15).

Georgia State (2007):
Appeared in team-high 27 games on the mound as a junior, with one start, in his lone season with the Panthers ... Picked up team-leading four saves ... Logged 50.0 innings on the mound, allowing 50 hits and 20 earned runs for a 3.60 ERA ... Struck out 43 batters, while walking only 19 ... Finished with a 3-2 record ... Pitched four scoreless innings to earn a victory over Indiana State on Feb. 24 ... Also defeated Southeastern Louisiana (3/9) and Delaware (3/31).

Iowa Western Community College (2005-06): Appeared in 19 games as a sophomore, throwing 37 innings and giving up just 12 earned runs ... His 2.92 ERA was third-best on staff ... Went 4-1 with 17 strikeouts and two saves in 2006 ... Also went 5-for-13 (.385) at the plate with one RBI ... Helped IWCC win the 2006 Region XI Championship after helping limit Indian Hills CC to two runs on five hits ... As a freshman in 2005, he logged 34 innings on the mound as IWCC advanced to the NJCAA World Series and finished third nationally ... Team finished 49-13 and won the Region XI and North District championships to advance to the junior college World Series ...
