• Second on team in rebounding and blocked shots and fifth in scoring.
• Started 19 of the final 21 games.
• Was 7-for-7 from the floor and finished with 14 points and seven rebounds in March 1 win over Bradley.
• Scored 15 points and grabbed eight rebounds in just 13 minutes of win against Houston Baptist (Dec. 17).
• Had 13 points in 14 minutes against North Carolina Central (Dec. 20).
• Grabbed 11 rebounds and added nine points while holding all-Valley center Randal Falker to seven points and one rebound in win over Southern Illinois (Feb. 10).

• Had five blocked shots and eight rebounds in win over Indiana State (Jan. 18). His five blocks were the most by a Bluejay freshman since Rodney Buford in 1996 and each of the last three CU freshmen to block five shots in a game have played in the NBA (Buford, Chad Gallagher, Benoit Benjamin).
• Made first start on Jan. 5 in road win at Missouri State, finishing with six points and six rebounds in 20 minutes.
• Averaged 7.2 points and 6.2 rebounds on 60.7 percent shooting in five March games.

2006-07: Redshirted at Creighton
• Played in two games off the bench in November before missing the rest of the year with knee tendinitis, receiving a medical redshirt.
• Averaged 5.5 points and 4.5 rebounds in 11.5 minutes per game.
• Had three points and five rebounds in collegiate debut against Mississippi Valley State (Nov. 13).
• Had eight points and four rebounds in win over Arkansas-Pine Bluff (Nov. 29).

Vista High School
• Averaged 25 points, 14 rebounds and eight blocked shots a game as a senior.
• First-team all-conference and second-team all-area.
• Averaged 16 points, 11 rebounds and six blocks as a junior.
• Had 27 points, 12 rebounds, 10 blocks, seven dunks and four assists in a game against Orange Glen as a senior.
• Had a top scoring game of 39 points.
• Played in a pair of All-Star games following his senior season.
• Played AAU ball for EBO, a team which included Division I recruits Brook Lopez (Stanford), Robin Lopez (Stanford), Tre’Von Willis (Memphis), Quincy Pondexter (Washington), Joe Harden (Notre Dame) and Derrick Jasper (Kentucky).
