Three Creighton Baseball Games to be Aired by NET Sports

OMAHA, Neb. - Nebraska Educational Television (NET) Sports will televise three Creighton Bluejay Baseball game this spring.

The games will air on NET-1 as well as NET-HD.

NET's first broadcast will be the Creighton's April 20th contest against Southern Illinois; a 2:00 pm start. The station also will broadcast home games on April 30 vs. Kansas State and May 14 vs. Nebraska

Creighton now has four contests during the 2013 season scheduled for televised broadcasts, including the April 21st game with Southern Illinois, which will be carried by ESPNU (4:05 p.m.)

The Bluejays opened the 2013 season with a series sweep at Dallas Baptist.  Creighton returns to action this weekend as the Jays play on Friday, Feb. 22 in the YMBL Cardinal Classic, hosted by Lamar University, in Beaumont, Texas.  The Jays open the tournament against Washington at 2 p.m., then face Lamar at 6 p.m.
