The 27th Annual Bluejay Jamboree will be held on Saturday, November 9th at D.J. Sokol Arena inside the Wayne and Eileen Ryan Athletic Center on campus. The evening begins at 5:30 p.m., and hundreds of live, super silent and silent auction items will be available.
Starting October 3rd until 7:30 p.m., on Sunday, Oct. 27, fans across the globe have the chance to bid on some of the top items the event has to offer in the e-auction by visiting the website http://bidpal.net/bluejayjamboree. The website is also available for event registration and cash donations and it includes an online catalog of all the items that will be featured in the live auction the night of the event on Saturday, Nov. 9. Each year over 500 alumni and friends of Creighton attend the event with more than $400,000 being raised in support of Bluejay athletics. The cost to attend is $160 per person or a table of ten may be purchased for $1,600.
New to this year’s event is an interactive wireless automated silent auction bidding process called BidPal, courtesy of First National Bank of Omaha. For more information on the on-line auction component of the event, contact the CU Athletics Offices at (402) 280-2720 or contact Rachel Schultz via e-mail at email@example.com.
